So, to help keep your new-venture stress-free we offer low MOQs (or minimum order quantities) – from 250 up.
This way, you can rest assured that your new venture grows comfortably and within budget.
How long does it all take?
As you can probably imagine, all of our clients are very unique. From ingredients, to bottle and label design etc. We treat each customer bespoke.
Some customers hit the shelves within 4 weeks! It totally depends on the depth of your new products and work required to bring your label to life.
I need help selling my products online – do you help?
In short, yes of course! We offer many different marketing services to help rocket your brand into the world. These consist of Website design, social media management, advertising and more. Just let us know during your process on what you need help with and we will do our best!
If I want specific ingredients in my products, can I have them?
Running a successful skincare business truly comes down to your product and the benefits it provides your customers. How do you provide them benefits? With your ingredients of course!
Over the years, we’ve had clients request many different ingredients and the majority of the time, we’ve been able to provide them. Speak with our team on your ingredient questions and we will be able to give you the best options.
What happens if I don’t like my first test?
Some products take a few rounds to get right, that’s just life! But, don’t worry! We run a number of rounds first to make sure you are happy with your product and then once we get it right, we can put it into manufacturing and get them babies on the shelves – either digitally or physically!
